Inventory Management Full Inventory Management   digiSHOP was built with inventory in mind. If you have a store that carries a lot of stock, you NEED to be able to track it. digiSHOP allows you to set an inventory level for each product or each option within each product as well as a low inventory notify level which will trigger an email to the administrator when that product or option reaches that notify level. digiSHOP will decrement the inventory from a product once the product has been officially purchased. Ability to turn Inventory Manager on or off globally or by individual product. Low Inventory email notification supports multiple email addresses Automatic notification for customer if they try to add more to their cart than is in inventory Checks inventory before checkout is submitted to ensure correct inventory count

Quickbooks Integration digiSHOP support direct Quickbooks integration.   You can automatically receive orders, customers, items and have inventory decremented using the direct Quickbooks integration.

Managing Orders Administrator can specify the number of grid columns for the product grid option on the store front in the admin Batch add-to-cart from the product list This allows the customer to add multiple products to their shopping cart at one time.   If you want customers to able to add multiple products to their cart from one product list screen this is the feature for you. A customer can add multiple items without having to go to each product detail page saving them time. Admin can choose in the admin area, to force the customer's billing & shipping to be the same address during checkout. UPS Worldship compatibility. Administrators can export UPS orders from digiSHOP directly to UPS Worldship.   Included with digiSHOP, you will be able to automatically import orders into UPS Worldship without having to re-type in any shipping addresses. We also have a special feature (call sales for pricing on this special feature) which will allow you to auto-import your tracking id numbers from UPS Worldship directly into digiSHOP and automatically sends out the shipped email to the customer. This will save you hundreds of man hours and mistakes. The administrator can edit an order's billing and shipping address information after the order has already been placed on the admin order detail page. Wishlist - Let your customers be able to add to a wishlist   Your customers can add items to their wishlist without purchasing them right at that moment. Then later on they can login and view their wishlist to make purchases on those products. Managing Products Quantity based pricing   You will be able to set a quantity discount for each item. For example you could have product A be 1-5 units is $10.00/unit, then 6-11 is $12/unit, etc. This will allow you to offer volume discounts. Multiple related products   These are up to two products that are displayed next to the main product. Typically this is used when you have an item that is an obvious up-sell. Product import tool   With digiSHOP's product import tool, you can easily import a large amount of products into digiSHOP by entering them into a text format (CSV format) and uploading them to the system. This saves a LOT of time of having to input each product 1 by 1. *Tip: You can use Microsoft Excel to manage the spreadsheet and save the file as .csv format before you import. Free shipping feature for products 20 separate option drop downs for any product (color, size, etc.)   This will allow you to have size, color, length, etc. You can name these whatever you like. You can have an unlimited amount of options inside of each drop down. Have multiple products photos to be displayed on the product detail page. Also, a large pop-up photo for the main product image on the product detail template and the 1st extra image on the product detail template.   You can have several photos per a product page. This can be used if your products you sell need multiple angles or photo options to help sell your item. If you sell items that need the option to have very large photos, you can use our pop-up photo feature. This way a customer can see the regular photo but can click on it to see a very large detailed photo of the same item. Cross-sell ability on the view cart to recommend other products to customers based on what currently is in their shopping cart.   The admin can log into the product settings and tie products to help cross-sell other products to the customer as they add those products to their cart. The cross sell products will be displayed on the view cart page after a customer has added that item to their shopping cart. Admin can choose to have a text area box appear for a specific product and choose to have it required or not, plus the ability to have a price for that field. Setting in the admin area, where the admin can choose to display the product inventory to customers on the product detail page when inventory is set to product level. Admin can manage the order in which categories are displayed to the customer through the category sort order. Product export tool to use the same exact format as the product import tool.   With digiSHOP's product export tool, you can easily export your product list from digiSHOP in text format (CSV). This gives you a good way to import them into other programs as a CSV file, or to manage a list of larger products via the spreadsheet and then re-import them back in with the changes you made. This is a good way to make mass changes to products without having to edit each product 1 by 1. Product Review - Let your customers add reviews to your products   The admin can allow customers to write one review for each product. The administrator can set the reviews to automatically appear or have each own be reviewed. Managing Categories Searchable Categories List Unlimited Categories and Subcategories   digiSHOP has the flexibility to offer a multi-level category structure that goes as far as you wish to take it. If, for example you have a category called Tools, then another called "Hammers", you don't need to create 2 categories ("Tools" and "Tools==Hammers"), you can create a MAIN category ("Tools") and a subcategory ("Hammers") and assign it to the "Tools" category so that on the front end, when you click Tools, you will see the "Hammers" category there to click on. Again this structure is unlimited, so you can go down as many levels as you need to. Ability to upload images for individual categories and subcategories Ability to add a description to each category Turn on/off the category image Ability to set meta-title, meta-description, meta-keyword for each individual category Ability to hide a category from the storefront Flag categories-subcategories as viewable or not Create Custom URL's To Display Products From Multiple Categories on One Page   If you want to create a custom URL to show all products that belong to multiple categories you can do that with digiSHOP.

Managing Customers Customer specific discounts   Within each customer you can give them a % off they will receive with any order they place with you online without having to have type in a coupon code each time or going through some special URL. Unlimited Membership Price Tiers / Levels   You can create unlimited amount of membership tiers (or groups). An example is wholesale, retail, etc. Admin can force customers to login before they can view any front-end components of the shopping cart Admin setting to make customer login optional to go along with required or not required.   digiSHOP has the ability to offer a 3rd option when logging in during checkout. In addition to Required Login and Not Required Login (where it NEVER asks ANYONE to login), you can now offer "Optional Login", which give the user to ability to login if they choose to, but they can also choose "Express Checkout" and skip logging in if they wish. Remember me feature to login screens where the customer will stay logged in even if they close their browser. IP Blocking available to ban customers from making purchases who use the ip address banned.   This can be setup to only be used when downloadable products are being ordered. The admin will have a custom message displayed to the customer. Customers and membership pricing groups (ie wholesalers) can be flagged as "tax exempt" so they will not be charged sales tax when placing an order on the store. Newsletter - Stay in contact with your customers with a built-in newsletter engine   digiSHOP has the ability to send a newsletter to all of its customers. When you checkout as a customer, you have the ability to join the site newsletter. In the admin, you can send either a text based or HTML based newsletter to all customers in the store who are subscribed to the newsletter. DigiSHOP will also send an "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter that allows people to remove their email address from the newsletter list if they so choose to. Managing Coupons Coupons options: required sub-total before the coupon can be used, set the number of usages available for a coupon, apply a coupon to just a vendor(s), category(s) or a specific product(s). You can set a coupon to be used only by a specific membership level (ie wholesalers). Ability to create unlimited custom coupons Ability to apply discounts as a percentage or dollar amount Sortable Coupon List Ability to add expiration date to limit use of an individual coupon Create Start Dates For Coupons   You can create a coupon in advance and have it only be eligible to be used on or after the start date.

Managing Site Wide Discounts Ability to apply a discount across all products in the cart which will be automatically applied based on the sub-total   This will give you the ability to offer a flat discount for all customers. For example you can offer $50 off your order if you order at least $200.

Gift Certificates The administrator or customer has the ability to order gift certificates in both the front-end shopping cart or admin area   When you need to offer discounts to customers and coupons won't work, you can offer a gift certificate. When the feature is turned ON, you can allow the customer to purchase their own gift certificate and send it to their friends via email or regular mail as a gift. The administrator can also create and manage the gift certificates on the admin side of the system. When a gift certificate is used, digiSHOP can retain an outstanding balance (if any) so the customer is NOT forced to use an entire gift certificate on one order. Downloadable Products Ability to sell egoods/downloadable products   Allows the administrator to sell any type of egood, from downloadable music to ebooks. The admin has the capability to select the path or location the downloadable product is stored as well as a limit the amount of time this product can be accessed by the customer. There is the ability to set this download by either days or number of clicks or to be set as unlimited. The customer will be able to download their file through their my account section after the order is marked "approved" in the admin area (this will happen automatically if you are using real-time payment methods). If the order is "pending" then the download link will not be available for the customer (this is good if you accept offline payment methods). Set clicks and time for expiration Orders that are changed to shipped/completed with downloads now send the email download link via email to the customer when the order status is changed

Managing Affiliates Integrated I-dev affiliate program   The digiSHOP affiliate program is good for beginners in the affiliate world, but for those experts who need a more robust affiliate engine, digiSHOP is integrated with IDevAffiliate. Sales Tax VAT Inclusive/Exclusive - You will be able to set VAT to be inclusive of your price or exclusive of the product price   For certain countries, especially the UK, VAT tax is a huge issue. digiSHOP strives to solve this issue by allow the admin to determine whether the VAT tax (when set to UK and VAT) is inclusive or exclusive of the price. If the setting is inclusive, digiSHOP assumes the price you assign to a product INCLUDES VAT. If the setting is exclusive, digiSHOP assumes tax needs to be added onto the price during checkout. They are box width, height and length. These fields are only used with UPS real-time and the largest box in the order is used for the UPS real-time shipping calculation.   When using a UPS real time rate quote API, sometimes the API forces you to send one set of dimensions to it, thus not allowing you to specify a specific set of dimensions per item per order. With that in mind, digiSHOP added the ability to specify a set of box dimensions per product, so then when calculating shipping rates; digiSHOP will use the largest dimensions it finds among all products within the order to send to the UPS API. Set a max box weight for real-time rate quotes. This will allow you to get more accurate rate quotes   digiSHOP has the ability to allow you to specify a maximum number of pounds per box. For example, in your store, you know that when you ship your products, you will never have a box greater than 50 lbs. In digiSHOP, you can specify how many pounds are assumed to make up 1 box. This way, instead of digiSHOP assuming that a 75lb order goes in 1 box, if you set the max box weight to "50". DigiSHOP will assume there are 2 boxes (1 50lb box and 1 25lb box).
