digiSHOP offers the ability to display products that you wish to feature above the normal inventory of the store. Using this featured products feature (feature.php instead of cart.php), you can display these featured products to the customer instead of the main list of categories.

If you use Pay-per-click advertising, digiSHOP offers a GREAT tool for you. Our keyword tracking feature allows you to create your keywords in digiSHOP. digiSHOP will generate the connection URL's for each keyword you create. You then submit those keywords and URL's to Google, Yahoo, or any other search engine you may use, and when a potential customer finds your advertisement and clicks the URL to come to the site, digiSHOP will set a cookie that allow itself to remember that the person on the site came to you from a certain keyword. Managing Products
- Quantity based pricing
You will be able to set a quantity discount for each item. For example you could have product A be 1-5 units is $10.00/unit, then 6-11 is $12/unit, etc. This will allow you to offer volume discounts.
- Multiple related products
These are up to two products that are displayed next to the main product. Typically this is used when you have an item that is an obvious up-sell.
- Product import tool
With digiSHOP's product import tool, you can easily import a large amount of products into digiSHOP by entering them into a text format (CSV format) and uploading them to the system. This saves a LOT of time of having to input each product 1 by 1. *Tip: You can use Microsoft Excel to manage the spreadsheet and save the file as .csv format before you import.
- Free shipping feature for products
- 20 separate option drop downs for any product (color, size, etc.)
This will allow you to have size, color, length, etc. You can name these whatever you like. You can have an unlimited amount of options inside of each drop down.

You can have several photos per a product page. This can be used if your products you sell need multiple angles or photo options to help sell your item. If you sell items that need the option to have very large photos, you can use our pop-up photo feature. This way a customer can see the regular photo but can click on it to see a very large detailed photo of the same item.

The admin can log into the product settings and tie products to help cross-sell other products to the customer as they add those products to their cart. The cross sell products will be displayed on the view cart page after a customer has added that item to their shopping cart.

Gift Certificates

When you need to offer discounts to customers and coupons won't work, you can offer a gift certificate. When the feature is turned ON, you can allow the customer to purchase their own gift certificate and send it to their friends via email or regular mail as a gift. The administrator can also create and manage the gift certificates on the admin side of the system. When a gift certificate is used, digiSHOP can retain an outstanding balance (if any) so the customer is NOT forced to use an entire gift certificate on one order.

Sales Tax
- VAT Inclusive/Exclusive - You will be able to set VAT to be inclusive of your price or exclusive of the product price
For certain countries, especially the UK, VAT tax is a huge issue. digiSHOP strives to solve this issue by allow the admin to determine whether the VAT tax (when set to UK and VAT) is inclusive or exclusive of the price. If the setting is inclusive, digiSHOP assumes the price you assign to a product INCLUDES VAT. If the setting is exclusive, digiSHOP assumes tax needs to be added onto the price during checkout.

digiSHOP offers the ability to setup tax easily with the Sales Tax Wizard. You can choose whether the tax needs to be collected in the country you based the install on. For example, you may install digiSHOP and set its "home" country to "United States" or "Canada" (you would decide this). In the US case, digiSHOP will allow you to collect tax for the 50 US States. You would decide which states you needed to collect tax from. digiSHOP also has the ability for you to specify different counties within states and have different tax rates per county.

You will be able to set which USPS rate quotes you want to display to your customers and digiSHOP in real-time so you can get the most accurate rate quote. You can also pad the rate quotes by a percentage or whole dollar amount.
- Add padding to real-time shipping
- Have per item shipping ability. The admin can set shipping rates for each individual product for both domestic and international orders (if applicable).
- Box dimensions can be set for each product. They are box width, height and length. These fields are only used with UPS real-time and the largest box in the order is used for the UPS real-time shipping calculation.
When using a UPS real time rate quote API, sometimes the API forces you to send one set of dimensions to it, thus not allowing you to specify a specific set of dimensions per item per order. With that in mind, digiSHOP added the ability to specify a set of box dimensions per product, so then when calculating shipping rates; digiSHOP will use the largest dimensions it finds among all products within the order to send to the UPS API.
- Set a max box weight for real-time rate quotes. This will allow you to get more accurate rate quotes
digiSHOP has the ability to allow you to specify a maximum number of pounds per box. For example, in your store, you know that when you ship your products, you will never have a box greater than 50 lbs. In digiSHOP, you can specify how many pounds are assumed to make up 1 box. This way, instead of digiSHOP assuming that a 75lb order goes in 1 box, if you set the max box weight to "50". DigiSHOP will assume there are 2 boxes (1 50lb box and 1 25lb box).
